To “Get a Taste of Success” Business Plan Competition is being organized by Jinnah University for women and Indus Venture in collaboration with Institute of Research Promotion (IRP) at 1st Annual Innovation Summit Sindh-2016 on Dec 6th and 7th. It’s an opportunity for students of Universities of entire Sindh to develop entrepreneurial skills necessary to succeed in business. The idea behind this competition is to provide students an entrepreneurial platform to showcase their innovations and share knowledge to collaborate with industry and entrepreneurs and thus to recognize the commercial viability of their idea and winning cash prizes.

Indus Venture, USA has been working for last 25 years in Silicon Valley setting up companies and arranging investments. Who can participate?
- Each Team Can Have A Maximum Of Three Members
- Students From Any HEC Recognized University Are Eligible To Participate In The Competition.
- Participating Teams Will Have To Come Up With An Innovative Project Idea And A Ready Prototype.
- Teams Will Need To Submit A Complete Final Report.
- Teams Will Be Required To Display And Present Their Projects On The Final Day Of The Event.
Teams not qualifying for presenting the plans will participate in the event, get certificates of participation and will be served with lunch as well
Judgment criteria
- Business Plans To Be Presented In Competition Will Be Initially Scrutinize By Indus Venture.
- It Will Be Evaluated On The Basis Of Originality, Degree Of Innovation, Potential Impact On Local Industry And Economy, Number Of Customers Served And Revenue Earned.
- Winners Will Be Decided By Panel Of Judges (Academia & Industry) On The Day Of Event.
(Decision of judges would be final and teams will not be allowed to challenge the decision)

- Send the scanned image of bank transfer receipt to armajabeen@yahoo.com or whats app at 0321-3312522.
- Send one pager business plan document which will be assessed for entering into the competition.
- Ideas selected will be notified till 30th October 2016.
