Session Organizers Of Summit

IRP invites R&D stakeholders to organize technology sessions, policy workshops and seminars in the of summit.  The purpose is to develop each session organizer as centre of excellence in that specific subject and central point for development.

Session Format

● Welcome by Organizer

● 5-8 projects presentation of viable technologies (not general speeches)

● Session Co Chair from Industry

● Session Chair from Academia

 

The session organizer is expected to

● Invite chair and co-chair from academia and industry

● Send Call for paper and collect maximum technologies

● Assess and finalize 5-8 real projects having technology for industry

● Invite potential industry to attend the session

 

IRP will provide

● Certificates to all participants

● Certificates to technology presenters

● Shield to organizer 1) co-chair 2) and chair 3)

 

Note:

Over and above has to be managed by session organizer
